Kale smoothie, avocado, hemp protein, almond, coconut
½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
½-1 cup coarsely chopped Tuscan kale
½ cup chopped pitted dates
¼ cup almond butter
1-1 1/2 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp protein
4 ice cubes
Pinch of sea salt
Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth. Taste, adjust the salt, dates or coconut water, as needed, to suit your preferences for both sweetness and thickness.
